Furnished house in Intsaraki quarter, town of Sveti Vlas.

The house has two floors.

The first floor has: a kitchen, a dining room, a laundry room, a bedroom with a bathroom and a toilet.

The second floor has: three bedrooms, both of which have bathrooms and toilets and one is only with a toilet.

• Each room opens into a shared balcony that leads to a staircase overlooking the rooms with a wonderful view of the sea where tables and umbrellas can be laid.
• The house has an internal staircase.
• There is a large swimming pool as well as a parking space for a car in the backyard of the house. There are also sunshine batteries on the roof and two water tanks.
