3-bedroom village house with 1200 sq.m. garden and farm building, Ruse Region

The property is situated in a nice village in northern Bulgaria. It is just 13 km to the nearest town of Dve Mogili and 40 km to Ruse city. The nearest international airport is in the city of Varna – 190 km. The distance from the village to Danube River is 38 km.

The house is with solid stone foundations and built with red bricks. It consists of 3 bedrooms, corridor, kitchen, living room and an old bathroom with toilet. The roof is sound and has no leakages. The house is in good structural condition, but needs some repairs. Water and electricity are connected. The garden size is 1200 sq.m. with a farm building of 60 sq.m. Double gates from the street provide access for parking in the garden.

The village is set in the valley of Cherni Lom River, in the eastern part of the Danube Plain. It is a well-developed village provided with electricity, water and communication systems. Here are a town-hall, post office, community centre as well as shops and bars. Regular bus transport connects the village to the bigger settlements in the region.
