Lovely mountain property, furnished, with bathroom, nice views, Smolyan Province

The property is located in a beautiful mountain village in southern Bulgaria. It is just 14 km to the nearest town of Dospat and its beautiful and big Dospat Lake perfect for recreation. Pamporovo Ski Resort is about 70 km away and the distance to the nearest international airport is 120 km (Plovdiv city).

The house is brick-built and has a living area of 167 sq.m. distributed over two floors. The first floor is 67 sq.m. and has two bedrooms, a tavern and bathroom with toilet.
