The house is located in Pavel Banya town. It is a balneological resort, famous for its healing properties of its mineral springs. The town is located in Central Bulgaria, 24 km west of the town of Kazanlak and 180 km east of Sofia. The population of Pavel Banya is about 2700 people.

The average temperature in January here is + 1 ° C and in July + 22 ° C. The climate is moderate continental and the altitude of the resort is 400 meters.
