Konstantinovo is one of the largest villages in the region. Although the official number of its inhabitants is around 1300, there are more than 2,000 permanent residents in the village. Currently Konstantinovo is one of the most attractive villages in Varna Municipality because of its proximity to the sea capital, favorable climate, clean air and well maintained road.
The village has a primary school, a kindergarten, an Orthodox church, a library with a rich library, many shops, cafes, a restaurant, a medical center, a dental office, a post office, a town hall, two sports grounds and two playgrounds.
The roads are in good condition. The village is fully electrified and water-supplied. In Konstantinovo there are also 5 fountains and over 50 water wells. A sewerage system and a wastewater treatment plant are to be built. Regular bus transport connects the village with Varna.
