The house is located in the village of Zelenigrad at an altitude of 876 m above sea level among the virgin nature of the Tran region. 10 km from the village is the gorge of Erma River, which is one of the hundred national sites of Bulgaria. The Republic of Serbia is just 8 km from the village. There one can enjoy the typical Serbian grill and the beauty of Vlasinsko Lake. For lovers of fishing Yarlovtsi Dam is 4 km away. The locality is full of wonderful places for picnics and walks in the nature.

The property functions as a guest house and therefore is a very attractive business opportunity. The building has three floors with a total living area of 320 sq.m.

The ground floor comprises a fully equipped tavern. The first floor has three double rooms each with two single beds and one room with a double bed and a sofa bed.
