The property is situated in a cozy village just 15 km to Lom town and the Danube River, 35 km to Montana and 140 km from the capital Sofia and Sofia International Airport.

The house is brick-built and single-storey. It has a living area of 78 sq.m. and comprises three bedrooms, living room and an entrance hall. Electricity and water are available. The house is in good condition, but would benefit from some refreshment. The property includes a summer kitchen of 60 sq.m. with two rooms and a shed.
