• First floor - downstairs, which is accessed through an old glass 'conservatory' with an indoor sink, there are two rooms, one with exposed stone walls and an old open fire place and concrete floor, the second is smaller but with plastered walls.
• Second floor is accessed by external stone stairs and there are two decent sized rooms and a utility room from one bedroom.

Requires new wiring, new sewerage and internal bathroom and internal decoration. Well built from stone and brick and roof in good order. Most windows in good order but conservatory needs replacing.

Land 1900 sq.m. and to the side a small area with vines and a few fruit trees.

This is a lovely 2 bedroomed house situated in a quiet village about 19km off the main road from Stara Zagora through to Plodiv and Sofia. It is perched on a small hill with good views over surrounding fields yet only a 2 minute walk from train station. The train station is a main junction and so you can pretty much get the train to anywhere in Bulgaria from here. There is a regular bus service to Stara Zagora also. It is about a 30 minute drive from the city of stara zagora and 20 minutes on the train.
