The property is situated in a nice village at the foot of a mountain in Northwest Bulgaria. It is 25 km away from the city of Montana, 40 km away from the town of Belogradchik and about 130 km from Sofia International Airport. Selska Bara River is passing through the village.

Belogradchik Rocks (4 km from Belogradcik town) are very interestingly shaped rock formations and a famous tourist destination located about 40 km away from the village.
