The property is situated in a beautiful mountain village in Sofia Province. It is just 14 km to Pravets Golf & Spa and 80 km to Sofia International Airport.

The house is brick-built and single-storey. It offers a living area of 80 sq.m. and consists of 3 rooms, a bathroom with a toilet and three cellars. The garden size is 1500 sq.m., with a barbecue area, summer kitchen, various fruit trees and plenty of greenery. Beautiful views of the surroundings are revealing from the property. Malak Iskar River flows just about 300 meters from the house. The house is remote and there are no neighbors nearby.

Set in a mountainous area the village enjoys beautiful nature and fresh air and offers good opportunities for practicing of mountain, rural and ecotourism. The village is well-organized and here you will find a community center, medical assistance as well as two pubs and a store. Regular bus service provides access to the bigger settlements in the region. Nearby passes Hemus Highway.
