First floor is fully equipped traditional restaurant. The walls are all made of grouting stone . Floors are all coverte with tiles. Right in the middle of the restaurant is placed working water well , which can be used to cool beverages and gives unique look . You will find an authentic oven , where you can cook whole animals ect , it's working on woods. On that first floor are placed - two WC , Bar , and big kitchen with storage place for the restaurant.
The second floor needs to be updated and renovated , the idea of the owner was to make it to a hotel rooms . The size of it is 100 sq.m.
Next to the house you will find annex of 30 sq.m. which can be the reception.
Right in the center of the town and only 10 km. from Veliko Tarnovo , it easily can be turned to succesful buisness.
