Brick house with a gross floor area of 80 square meters. The house is located in the central part of a small Bulgarian town, just 45 kilometers west of Varna and 13 kilometers from the lake with a developed sport fishing.

The house is on one floor and consists of three separate rooms. One room is a kitchen and dining room, the other rooms are bedrooms. From the outside the house is plastered with lime and cement, the inside is plastered with lime and painted with white color.

The yard is 550 square meters, with fruit trees. The yard is facing an asphalt road, which determines the easy access by car.
