Location: Stezherovo, Bulgaria, a lovely village set in rolling hills close to the historic town of Pleven and very close to the Danube and Romania.

Living area: The house has two floors of similar layout, with each floor measuring approx 40 square meters. Two bedrooms, large entrance hall, bathroom and utility room on first floor, staircase to second floor comprising kitchen/dining room with door to terrace (approx 28 square meters), large entrance hall with door to balcony (approx 4 square meters), one bedroom and one bedroom/lounge.

Additional premises: car port (approx 28 square meters), third floor approx 40 square meters for storage only, agricultural outbuildings (approx 87 square meters), outside sink and seating area (approx 15 square meters).

Additional facilities: draw-well, telephone connection is possible, good mobile phone coverage, electricity, running water, working vine yard and vegetable patch, orchard with many established fruit trees, biological cess pit, good dirt road to the property.
