The house is located in National Park Strandzha, in the pretty village Drachevo, which is only 20 minutes from the large administrative and commercial center of Burgas and International airport.

Quiet place with fresh air and beautiful views of the picturesque slopes of the Strandzha mountain. The situation of the house allows for hunting, recreation and fishing around Lake Mandren which is only 5 kilometers from house.

The house was built with natural and environmentally friendly materials.

First floor is build of 60 cm stone wall and stone pavement, in places with a wooden wainscoting. It consists of veranda, tavern winery, bathroom and kitchen. There is stone paths around the house, garden fountain. The house is surrounded by ligustrum, paths with roses and cypress.

Second floor - veranda, furnished kitchen with built-in furniture, living room with fireplace with a heating system for throughout the house, two bedrooms, bathroom with toilet. Wooden stairs to third floor.

Third floor - two bedrooms, closet and toilet.

The house has an area of 235 sq.m. with wooden woodwork - glazed windows and insulation of mineral wool and hydro. Wooden beams on ceilings and wooden floors. The house is equipped with domestic and industrial water.

Yard has an area of 600 m2 with two parking places and garage. There are stone paths around the house and garden fountain. With the opportunity to build a barbecue. In the courtyard there is a swimming pool.
