Renovated house in the town of Dolni Chiflik.

The town is situated about 3 kilometers from the valley of Kamchia River, in the valley between the beautiful forest and Kodja Balkan. Since 1919 the town of Dolni Chiflik is Municipal Administrative Center.

The municipality is characterized by its wide hilly landscape, which descend from a height of 560 m above sea level, on the ridge of Kamchiyska part of Stara Planina, through many river and marine terraces, spilling in to 5 kilometers wide Kamchiyska Valley, to complete in the sand dunes in the longest (over 10 kilometers) beach on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast.

Here the climate is moderate continental with expressed influence from Black Sea. Winter is relatively mild, cool spring, summer - dry, sunny and warm, autumn - warm and long. For an extended period of time (over 115 days) from mid June to end of September the climate is extremely favorable for recreational, thalassotherapy and spa procedures.
