The village is situated in a valley between the mountains Rila, Verila, Vitosha and Plana.

Located 15 km from Samokov and 50 km from Sofia. The climate is mild in winter and in summer - cool. The air is clean and the nature is beautiful and relatively unspoiled. There are thermal waters - 41 degrees with proven therapeutic and prophylactic effects on locomotor system and skin dermatitis. The altitude is 988 meters.

The house is located in the village Relyovo, municipality Samokov. The house is brick built. It consists of two rooms, hallway, a kitchen, and a cellar. Availability of electricity and central water, outdoor toilet. The yard is spacious / 1000 sq.m./ equal, water well, access on two streets, farm building with tavern and two garages.

The village is mountainous, easily accessible all year round asphalt road. Very quiet place for rest and permanent residence.
