The property is situated in a quiet village close to Belchin mineral springs. The village is situated in a valley between the mountains Rila, Verila, Vitosha and Plana. Located 15 km from Samokov and 50 km from Sofia. The climate is mild in winter and in summer - cool. The air is clean and the nature is beautiful and relatively unspoiled. There are thermal waters - 41 degrees with proven therapeutic and prophylactic effects on locomotor system and skin dermatitis. The altitude is 988 meters.
