We are glad to offer for sale a wonderful villa on the picturesque bank of Danube River, in the village of Ostrov, which is 18 km east from the town of Oriahovo and 200 km north from Sofia.

The property consists of two one-store houses, agricultural building, greenfield area of 1800 sq.m with fruit-trees (peach, apple, pear, almond and walnut tree), out of which 400 sq.m vineyard for own consumption and/or vine production.

House 1 has a living area of 90 sq.m and basement. It is fully renovated 3 years ago, where the wooden roof construction is new (beams and insolation), all windows are new (PVC) with wooden shutters, armored (metal) entrance door, new bathroom with boiler, wall-papers in every room and wooden decorative celling, ceramic tiles in living room and natural parquet in the bedrooms.

House 2 has a living area of 40 sq.m. with fireplace. The house needs internal renovation (painting of walls) and plastering outside.

The yard is well-maintained and planted with fruit trees and vineyard. There is a special place for pool and kids slide. The property is supplied with electricity, internet, water and a septic tank. The road to the house is asphalted. The furniture is included in the offered price.

The village is relative small but very beautiful and picturesque. In this quiet and peaceful place you will find ideal conditions for good rest or work from distance using internet. There are great opportunities for fishing, practice water sports and be close to the nature.
