The house is brick on a stone foundation and consists of two floors. The basment floor consists of two basements. Second floor is raised from the ground with two feet and consists of two large bedrooms, a small room, a hall and a glazed terrace. Outside the house is not plastered, but the walls inside are plastered with lime and placed wallpapers. Property is connected to electricity and water supply network. Bathroom and toilet are outside. The house is permanently inhabitable but needs renovation.

The village is situated in a valley near the mouth of the river Anadere. Once the valley was flooding often partly or completely waterlogged and obrasla with forests.
