The Region of Dabravata is mostly famous for the blue plums and white and red grape plantations. Nearby lakes as well as the rivers Vit (ca. 15 km) and Iskar (ca. 20 km) offer among others fishing activities. The Pravets Golf and Spa Resort is 35 km far away and reachable by the A2 highway. Near touristic destinations also include the Glozhene Monastery, Saeva Cave, Prohodna Cave and a strauss farm.

Next to the cottage is a traditional clay house from the middle of the 19th century and a brick barrack used as storage area also rearrangeable as an outdoor leisure area.
