House is located 17 kilometers from Sunny Beach, 25 kilometers from Burgas airport.

The village has about 80 - 100 houses, there are several small supermarkets, in the village has a new church. Passes through the village is a small river which flows into lake Orizare 4 kilometers distance from the village.

The house is 116 sq.m.buildup area, each house has 420 sq.m. of garden. For clarification the plot is 840 sq.m. and it has two houses, each one has 50% form the ground , one of the houses is sold.

The first floor has a large living room with kitchen, bathroom and toilet, on the second floor has two bedrooms, two bathrooms with toilets, large terrace and small balcony. The house is supplied with drinking water from the main village water supply, which runs along the front yard places /each house have separate water meter, water of the village is powered by Kamchia Dam. The wastewater is connected in the main sewerage of the village passing the street in front of the plot. The house is supplied with electricity from the main power supply as the house has a separate electric meter / 15 kW. Heating is to be El radiators or air conditioner, but has build up a chimney for a fireplace for costumer wish.
