We are pleased to offer you a stone house in traditional Bulgarian style. It built on two floors. First floor consists of living room, kitchen, closet, a large basement that can be converted to a bedroom. Second floor consists of lounge, hallway and three bedrooms. The house is in very good condition, outside is plastered with lime and cement. Inside walls are also plastered with lime and cement and painted white. Bathroom and toilet are outside. The house is provided with all communications: electricity, water, septic tank, stationary phone. Bulgarian mobile operators have coverage in the village.
Yard area is 1840 square meters, of which 800 are well maintained vineyard. In the remainder were planted fruit trees and farm buildings were built. Yard with asphalt access road and is surrounded by a stone fence.
The village is quiet. In it all year live about 700 residents. There are several shops, two bars. About 80 percent of all houses are built of stone. The distance to Shumen is 12 kilometers , to Varna and black sea is 97 kilometers.
