The village is 8 miles distance from the town of Pliska, 13 miles from the city Shumen, 53 miles to the city of Varna and the sea coast and 49 miles to the international airport Varna.

The house is solid, built of stone and brick. Outside is grouted with lime and cement. Inside walls are also grouted with lime and painted in white color. The house is on two levels. On the first level /a ground floor/ has a room, a summer kitchen and a basement. The second level, which is raised from the ground a few steps, consist an entrance hall, two large bedrooms and a lumber room.

The house is situated at the end of the village.

Yard is 1100 square meters. It is surrounded by a stone fence. It is on the asphalt road and it is corner yard.
