House in the Brestak village, Valchi Dol Municipality, Varna District, Northeastern Bulgaria.

The village is 38 kilometers distance from the town of Dobrich, 7 kilometers from the city Valchi Dol, 51 kilometers to the city of Varna and the sea coast and 42 kilometers to the international airport Varna.

The house is solid, built of stone and brick. Outside is grouted with lime and cement. Inside walls are also grouted with lime and placed wallpapers. The house is on two levels. On the first level has a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet and a basement. The second level, which is raised from the ground a few steps, consist an entrance hall and three large bedrooms.

The house is situated in the center of the village.

Yard is 1190 square meters. It is surrounded by a concrete fence and wirenetting. There are farm buildings and a garage.
