The house was built in 2006, consists of large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms, a bathroom, an wet room, a boiler room.

Implementation: brick, external insulation, PVC window frames - three cameras, in the bathroom tiles and wet room, tile in the living room, laminate in bedrooms, equipped bathroom, boiler, panel bar, barbecue on the terrace.

Paths for people and cars from the tables of stone. Massive wall of concrete blocks with wooden doors. Yard black earth and grass with the project site for the pool. Front yard / outside of the property / small park about 1500 square meters, maintained by the municipality.

In the village lives 500 people. There are properties purchased from foreigners.
