This is a one storey newly renovated house with a lovely garden, located in the the middle of a well developed village in the North Bulgaria. The regional town of Dobrich is just 13 km away, the Black sea town of Balchik is 43 km away and the Black sea capital of Bulgaria-town of Varna is 70 km away.

The living area is 85 sq.m.

It consists of a corridor, a dining room, a kitchen, two bedrooms, bath and toilet. It is with new electric and water installation, PVC windows, new septic tank. Flooring in the corridor, kitchen and bathroom are terracotta and other rooms laminate.
