What a lovely renovated house! This charming property is located of a picturesque village 40km away from the town of Pleven. The house is massive, brick – built and has one floor. It has a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a corridor, a basement and inside bathroom/WC.

There is electricity and water supply, phone line and cell phone cover available. The house is in a very good condition and don't needs any refreshment.

There is asphalt road and all year easy access. The village is calm and nice. There are shops, a pub, a school, etc.

The place is suitable not only for rest but also for all year living. The village is located on the river Osam. Osam River is an attractive fishing site, abounds of different fish species such as sheat fish, carp, crucian, white fish. The village is in the plain of the Danube plain. It is the way to Nikopol, and is about 2 kilometers of the highway Sofia-Varna-Rousse. The distance to the capital of Sofia and the International Airport is about 200 km away.
