We offer for your attention this lovely house situated in a nice and quiet village only 6 miles away from the beautiful town of Provadia and 29 miles away from Varna-the Black sea capital of Bulgaria and from international airport.

The house is brick – built, massive, nice and has one floor. It has living area of 80 sq.m.and consists of a veranda, a big entrance-hall, a living room, a kitchen and two bedrooms. There are several stages from ground to the floor. Under part of this floor there is a cellar.

There is electricity – and water – supply available. The house needs only a little finishing works to become ideal for using /have to make bathroom/WC inside, maybe in part of entrance, and can change woodwork/.
