Solid Bulgarian house situated in the famous spa town of Varshets.

The house is built in 1987 and is situated 300 metres away from the very centre of the town close to all amenities, shops...etc.
The house consist of 3 rooms, bathroom, corridor and staircase on the first floor. There is another 3 big rooms and a corridor on the second floor.

The garden is 680 sq.m. and there is also a garage built in it.

Varshets is one of the famous places in Bulgaria with mineral hot water. There are many hotels in the town offering spa procedures.
About 35 km away are the ski runs at Kom peak. Another ski runs near Vratsa – 30 km away.
