The villa is located in the settlement called - Tsigov Chark. Tsigov Chark is a resort town located 8 km away from the town of Batak and 24 km. east of Velingrad. Tsigov Chark is one of the best ski resorts in the country that offers a relaxed and cozy atmosphere and excellent conditions for skiing.

The area is wonderful for practicing tourism throughout the year. Summer is ideal for exploring the innermost secrets of the mountains, and winter - for skiing.

The resort is located 900 - 1100 m above sea level and isfamous for a favorable climate all year round. There are good conditions for skiing and snowboarding. Tsigov Chark ski slope has a length of 1,500 meters and its displacement is around 100 m. It is suitable for beginners and intermediate skiers.

Very close to the ski slope there is a track with a length of 20,000 meters, which is used for cross-country skiing.

 On the other hand Batak lake is a great place for fishing, picnic or simply for a walk.
