Wooden villa on two floors located in an attractive village. The plot size is 1500 sq.m. The garden has an unfinished swimming pool and some outbuildings. The back of the garden backs to the woodlands. The villa is located in the highest part of the village.

The region is full of interesting sites. Only few kilometers away there is a large lake Koprinka. 7 km away there is a Thomb of Seuthes III. In the vicinity there are Shipka, Buzludza, Uzana etc. 16 km away is the famousl mineral water spa resort – Pavel Bania. There are many mountains huts and eco paths around.

The house is made out of wood. The first floor consists of veranda, room suitable for making bathroom, 2 rooms with a kitchen. The second floor has 2 bedrooms, which have views to the Sredna Gora valley.

Garden is on different levels. The house is on the top part. The lower part has fruit trees and grape vines. The village is a part of nature park called Stara Planina Park. The access to the village is very good; the village is only few km away from the main road Sofia – Burgas.
