The third floor is attic. There are 3 terraces. One of the terraces there is a magnificent panorama toward the Rocks of Belogradchik.

There is electricity and water supply, sewerage and cell phone cover available. The house is in a very good condition and needs only a little refreshment to become ideal for using.

The garden is 1870 sq.m.on size. There is a farm building, vine yard and lots of fruit trees in it.

There is asphalt road and all year easy approach. The region is extremely peaceful and picturesque. There is a dam lake just next to the village and a cave a few km. away.

You definitely have to visit the town of Belogradchik with its famous Rocks. This nature landmark attracts lots of tourists. You will be delighted of magnificent panorama and crystal clean and fresh mountainous air. In this peace of heaven the nature is amazing.
