The property is situated in nice village in northwestern Bulgaria and is just about 10 km to Lom town, 15 km to the Danube River and 165 km to Sofia International Airport. Lom River is passing just by the village.

The house is brick, single-story and has a total living space of 120 square meters. It consists of 3 bedrooms, corridor, living room, kitchen and a bathroom. Electricity and water are available. The house is in good structural condition, but needs renovation. The yard is 2500 square meters and here is a farm building.

The village is big and well-organized. It has about 1300 inhabitants and here you will find all amenities: community center, primary school, pharmacy and various shops and bars. Regular bus transport to the other settlement in the region is available frequently. The village also has a train station providing easy access to Lom, Sofia and other parts of the country.
