The house consists of two floors, each of which is 75 sq.m.

• floor 1: living room with kitchen (50 sq. m), a bathroom and toilet, kitchen with kitchen units.
• floor 2: 3 bedrooms, whose size is about 17 sq. m each, bathroom and toilet.

2 bedrooms have a terrace overlooking the forest.
The first bedroom is to the south east, the second is south west, and the third is facing North West.
Bathrooms are fully furnished.

There is also a veranda overlooking the forest, which has an area of 48 sq. m, is made of concrete.

The paths around the house are made of stone.
