Cozy single-storey village house in livable condition, renovated, mountains, 5 km to Vratsa city

Set in a picturesque mountain village in northwestern Bulgaria, the property is just about 5 km to Vratsa and 100 km to the capital Sofia and Sofia International Airport.

The house is single-storey and offers a living area of 120 sq.m. It consists of an entrance hall, kitchen with dining area, living room, one bedroom, bathroom with toilet and a basement. It is possible for the entrance hall to be turned into a kitchen and the kitchen become a second bedroom.
