This large house is situated on an asphalt road in the village of Novo Jelezare, near Plovdiv city.
It is near a large Spa centre - Hisarya.

The house is one storey with a very large basement.


The house conisists of:

Basment - 2 large rooms and 2 smaller rooms with very high ceilings.

1st Floor - 3 large rooms and a large corridor which could be made into a further room.

There is a lovely entrance and wide steps accessing the house.

Attached to the house is another room with corridor and bathroom.

Next to this building is a large open room which could be used as a summer kitchen and also a covered garage area and gate to the rear small garden.

The front garden is very big, 1600 m2, with a barn and some outbuildings, lots of fruit trees and grape vines. There is also a deep well in the garden. The house is connected with electricity and water, close to the centre of the village.
