This is an attractive, renovated house, which is located in a village, near a SPA resort Pavel Banya 18 km. One of the biggest lakes in the country Koprinka is close by.

There are many attractions in the area. The most famous are the Valley of the Roses and the Thracian Kings. Here passes the under Balkan road, which connects the capital and the Black Sea.

The property consists of one storied house with area 70 sq. m, a basement ? 35 sq. m, a parking lot, a barn and a garden 800 sq. m.

The living area is distributed between a corridor, three rooms, a bathroom and a shelter with BBQ area.
