The peaceful village of Cherni Vrah is located 15kms (10-miles) from the city centre of Bourgas and the airport, and just 7kms (around 5-miles) from the actual border of Bourgas. The village leads off from the newly reconditioned road to Sredets, onward to Sliven and Yambol. The neighborhood of Meden Rudnik, which has several supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, retail centres and more is just a 5-minute drive away.

Cherni Vrah translates to "Black Mount", and has all amenities including a dentist, doctor and vet, hardware store, school, gym and cable and internet . The village has many natural mineral wells in the hills surrounding, and also has a popular fishing lake just a short walk away.

The house itself is located on the edge of the village, and has beautiful views of the hills that lead to the Atanasovo Lake reserve. There are several shops and cafes within a short walking distance, and one of the wells is just 200 meters away from the house.

Being one of the next villages on from Bourgas, Cherni Vrah is now seeing the benefits of the EU grant for better infrastructure in Bulgaria. The roads are being improved, water pipes are being replaced and new power lines are being installed. Internet connections are fast and inexpensive, and many families have satellite, with several expat families enjoying Sky TV.

The house, originally built in 1994, has been completely renovated to the highest of standarts. Major changes have been made throughout to make better use of the space and to completely modernise the house external staircase has been removed and internal stairs installed, all windows and doors have been replaced with double glazed pvc units and the house has been completely re-wired and re-plumbed. The household waste is processed through a newly installed septic tank.

Considerable work has gone into re-conditioning the roof both externally and internally, including the replacement of all facias, guttering and soffits and insulation installed internally.
The house is offered partly furnished, including two king-size beds, kitchen units and a stainless steel cooker with extractor hood.

The size of the plot is 525 sq meters, and the garden has grape vines, hazelnut, cherry and pear trees, with good all day round sunlight, and plenty of space for a pool.
