A newly build house in the village of Kitka, 45 km (approx. 28 miles) from Bourgas. Situated in the skirts of Stara Planina next to a forest, river and mineral spring in the village.
Asphalt - paved street, easy access the entire year.

The garden is 544 sq.m.

Two story solid-build housewith total area 140 sq.m.

On the first floor there are two entrances, the front entrance is with armoured door which leads to a kitchen with dining-room separated by a countertop. There is also a fireplace and a bathroom. An outdoor staircase leeding to the second floor.

The second floor has a terrace covered by the roof and two separate bedrooms. PVC doors and windows.

The house walls are finished with plaster and the floors are with basic finish. The side entrance door leads to two transitional rooms, in one of which there is a sink. The two rooms are roughly finished with wooden windows and doors and for the rest of the house is with PVC doors and windows.
