These two beautiful houses are situated in Diulevo village 33 km from Bourgas, 30 km from the international airport, 10 km away from the biggest lake in the region Mandra Lake.

The plot where are built the houses has an area of 1550 sq. m., it is facing two streets.

Each house has its own plot of land the first one of 800 sq. m. and the second one 750 sq. m.

The houses have one floor of 102 sq. m. and consist of entrance hall, a bathroom + WC, a dining room with kitchenette, three bedrooms one of which is parental with separate bathroom. There is a place designed for fire place in the living room.

You can go out in the veranda from the dining room. There are wonderful gardens in front of the houses.

There are two options for heating- air conditioner or local heating.

The two houses are completely finished.

The way of payment is negotiable.
