The house is double storey and very massive. It has living area of 325sq.m. The house is finished at November 2007. There is a terrace, an entrance hall, a living room with a dining room, two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. The second floor consists of a terrace, three bedrooms, a study, a vestibule and a bathroom. There is a wine – cellar and a tavern in traditional Old Bulgarian style.


The house is in an excellent condition and doesnt need any refreshment work. There is electricity and wate – supply and cell phone cover available. The floor in made of terracotta, laminated parquet and wooden floor. The walls are painted with latex. The garden is 1300sq.m.on size. There is a barbecue (with built up area of 25sq.m.), a workshop, a store and a WC with built up space of 30sq.m.

There is also a small water fall with a pool, a fountain and a parking lot in the yard. The garden is very well – tended. There is a massive fence around the property. There is enough space for building of some kinds of sports facilities, a kid corner, a garage and why not even a swimming pool. There is asphalt road and all year approach. The place is very charming, nice and peaceful. The region is very picturesque and has amazing nature. The air is crystal clean and the climate is pleasant. You will be delighted of tranquility and beautiful nature views.

The village is pretty big. It has about 1800 inhabitants. There are extras like cable TV and Internet Connection available. It is located only 40km.away from the mineral water resort Velingrad. At a very short distance there is a big dam. The ski resort Pamporovo is only 150km.away. There is fishing and hunting areas. The International Airport in the capital of Sofia is 80km away! Not far away there is a golf course. The people are friendly and radiant.
