This two storey massive house is situated in the little town of Sredetz. Its location gives a variety of possibilities for hunting and fishing.

The town of Sredetz is situated at 10 km from Mandra Lake – the biggest lake in the area and at 35 km from Bourgas city, at about 20 minutes from the administrative and trade centre Bourgas and from the international airport.
It is also near the national park of Strandja – a tranquil area with fresh air and wonderful view to the picturesque hills of Strandja Mountain.

The Ministry of public health services has suggested the area like very suitable for the medical treatment of lungs diseases.

The total area of the house is 150 sq. m. and the garden’s area is 320 sq. m.

It comprises two floors: - first floor consists of: a main sitting room, a living room, a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom with toilet. There is an inside staircase leading to the second floor which consists of 4 rooms, a kitchen and a terrace.

Sleep s 10-11 people without counting the living room.

The road to the house is approachable all year long.
