The resort is located in a beautiful and peaceful area between Sunny Beach and Sveti Vlas. Because of its specific location, Aqua Dreams offers a unique combination of sea views combined with captivatingly towering green hills. It is located just 100 meters from the coastline and about 500 meters from the Sunny Beach resort. At your disposal there are three swimming pools in the complex - a pool for adults with a children's section, another pool for adults with a bar, where cocktails are offered, as well as an additional pool for children of a round shape. As a convenience, the Aqua Dreams apartment hotel has an open-air restaurant, a café-bar with a view of the swimming pool, a reception desk and a lobby, shops, parking, and green areas.

The complex was completed in June 2007.
