90 sqm stone house, for refurbishment, near river, 9 km to town Smolyan

The house requires a major renovation, as shown in the photos. A Detailed Development Plan (PUP) was prepared for the property, followed by a comprehensive renovation and construction design (including all necessary plans: architecture, structural engineering, electrical, plumbing, safety, etc.).
The project has been approved by an expert committee and holds a building permit from the Municipality of Smolyan.

In the meantime, a high-voltage utility pole had to be relocated, as it was an obstacle to obtaining the building permit.
