Welcome to the beautiful and hospitable Rhodopi Mountain. Since ancient times it has been a source of legends and stories told through the centuries. This is the cradle of the mythical singer Orpheus.
What we offer here is a lovely rural property situated near a forest in a small and quiet village in the heart of Rhodopi Mountain, only 16km from the famous Bulgarian mountain resort, Pamporovo.
The house is a massive stone-build construction, typical for the architecture in the region, which is of 160 sq m living area, divided in two floors. Each of the floors consists of 4 rooms.
Although there are no bathroom and toilet fro the moment, they can be easily built with the help of our building professionals. Water and electricity are available. The house needs some refreshing work and the roof has already been repaired.
The house comes with a beautiful garden of 350 sq m from which you can enjoy the magnificent panorama.
Venerable fir trees, mountain springs, green meadows (in the spring) and deep snow slopes in the winter makes the place perfect for complete and thorough relax.
The longest ski run in Bulgaria, in Chepelare is only 9 km from the place and the ski-runs of Pamporovo are some 15 minutes drive away.
