Furnished villa with a garden located in the village of Atia, Minyor quarter.
In the garden there is also an auxiliary building of the summer kitchen type.

The house consists of a living room with kitchenette, bathroom and basement - on the 1st level, and two bedrooms with a corridor, a balcony and a spacious bathroom with a bathtub on the 2nd floor.
The heating is with a wood-burning fireplace, to which radiators are installed in all rooms and a boiler with a volume of 150 l.

In addition, Sharp hyperinverter air conditioners are installed in the bedrooms.
Outside the heating season, hot water is provided by a solar collector on the roof with a water tank volume of 150 l.

The house is fully furnished and has fiber optic internet and parking for three cars.
The garden is watered automatically.
