Renovated house in very good condition located on the outskirts of the small town of Senovo.

The town stands about 50km from Ruse and 150km. from Bucharest International Airport.

The property is selling fully furnished together with a Ford Ranger double cab 4 wheel drive covered pick up, as well as a gas barbeque and garden equipment.

The three-bedroom house sits in 1200 sq m of land with a garage/workshop, a small hen coop and run an well-maintained garden with fruit and nut trees and grape vines.
