An old rustic house in need of renovation in a nice village located on the left bank of Cherni Lom River, 50km south from Rousse and 25km from Popovo and Dve Mogili.

There are several eco trails through the beautiful nature around the village, one of them leading to a medieval rock monastery, another to an area called Ayazmo, famous for its healing water springs.

The well-developed village has a post office, a community centre, a polyclinic, food shops, cafes and a sports stadium.

There are many springheads and draw-wells in the village. Regular bus transportation to Rousse, Popovo and Dve Mogili is available.

The solid-built house offers 80sq.m. of living space distributed between two floors connected by both external and internal stairs.

The ground floor comprises a room and a cellar, with an old brick-built furnace.

There is an internal bathroom which needs to be renovated.

On the first floor there are three bedrooms and a corridor.
