Recently renovated, hacienda style, one storey house, situated on the slopes of Ograzhden Mounatain.

The house has two large rooms, a kitchenette between the two, bath/toilet and a sheltered veranda with a beautiful view towards Belasitza and Pirin Mountain.

The village is located about 18 km from the famous spa resort of Sandanski and 3 km from the historic area of Rupite. The Greek border is less than 10 km away on the major E79 road.

The village has all necessary amenities, shops, medical centres, a school and a kindergarten. There is a small chapel next to the house.

All major renovation works have been done on the house, the bath and toilet are in need of finishin (tiling, painting).
