The hotel complex is situated on the cliffs above the sea in Sozopol, only 45 km from the international airport of Sarafovo in Bourgas.

The complex has a rating "three stars" for all its sites: hotel, restaurant, BBQ, lobby bar and offers excellent conditions for recreation and business events throughout the year.

The hotel complex was completely renovated in 2001-2002

• On the first floor is a restaurant with outdoor kitchen and all necessary operating warehouses and refrigerated. The indoor restaurant is connected with an outdoor restaurant located on a terrace above the sea. The terrace has a metal structure and wooden flooring.
• On the second floor are lounge, reception, accounting, shop, lobby bar, a room, an apartment, storage, panoramic lift to upper floors. The same level with separate entrances are two rooms, sauna, room for administration and security.
• Third, fourth, fifth and sixth floors are rooms, studios and apartments.
• On the last seventh floor is a panoramic restaurant - barbecue.

The construction is solid, zheleobetonna with brick walls. The floors are covered with granite, a yard is covered with natural stone. Sanitary facilities are covered with terekota. All of windows are PVC double glazing. The facade is covered with mineral plaster and partially lined with wood. The roof is tiled.
